End of Year SMARTR Outcome #1
For the 2019-2020 SY, we will reach an adjusted English pass rate of 100%. Unadjusted pass rates for each subgroup will be 75% or higher.
Strategy 1
Tier 1 Planning: Provide a guaranteed and viable curriculum for all students in core subjects to ensure all students learn at high levels.
Strategy 2
Tier 1 Instruction: Design and deliver “best practice” instructional strategies
Strategy 3
Tier 2 Intervention: Effectively implement MTSS structures to support struggling learners in the areas of academics and wellness.
End of Year SMARTR Outcome #2
By the end of the 2019-2020 school year, Justice High School will reach a dropout rate of no higher than 9%. By the end of the 2019-2020 school year, Justice High School will reach a GCI of 88 or higher.
Strategy 1
Identify students who are listed as dropouts attached to current cohorts and communicate with the students, parents, and faculty.
Strategy 2
Identify students in each cohort who are currently not on track to graduate with their cohort; counsel and provide a comprehensive plan for students to graduate in four years.
End of Year SMARTR Outcome #3
By the end of the 2019-2020 school year, Justice High School will reach a chronically absent rate of 15% or less.
Strategy 1
Early identification and ongoing tracking of students who would benefit from focused intervention on absenteeism.
Strategy 2
Effectively implement MTSS structures to support struggling students in the area of behavior.
