End of Year SMARTR Outcome #1
In English (Reading and Writing), Math, Science, and History gaps between subgroups will be reduced by 10%.
All teachers will incorporate a structured writing process in class using the APEC paragraph format which will be assessed with a common rubric.

End of Year SMARTR Outcome #2
By the end of the 2017-2018 school year, Justice High School will meet or exceed the 85% Graduation and Completion Index as reported on the VDOE school report card for State Accreditation.
Identify seniors at risk for not graduating this year and communicate with them, parents, and faculty.
Identify students in each cohort who are currently not on track to graduate with their cohort; counsel and provide a comprehensive plan for students to graduate in four years.
All students will receive lessons about the 24 character strengths in order to build strong relationships with each other and our staff and to understand, appreciate, and exemplify the character strengths in us all.
