The process for requesting school transcripts
I am a senior at Justice High School...
Your Parent/Guardian must authorize Justice High School to release your transcript to colleges and scholarships. Complete the Senior Packet and submit to the Transcript Assistant, located in the Student Services Office. The first three (3) transcripts free; there is a $5.00 fee for each additional transcript. The transcript fee is waived for students who have been approved for free or reduced lunch and the parent provided consent to share this information.
For scholarship transcript requests, please complete the Scholarship Transcript Request form and submit to the Transcript Assistant, located in the Student Services Office. There is no charge for scholarship transcript requests.
I am a current freshman, sophomore, or junior at Justice High School...
- To request a transcript for an internship, auto insurance, scholarship, or other, fill out the Records Request form and submit to the Registrar in Student Services. Each records request is $5.00.
I graduated from Justice High School within the last five years...

I graduated from Stuart High School more than five years ago...
If you graduated from Justice High School more than five years ago, your transcript is held at the FCPS Records Center.
You may mail in your transcript request using the FCPS Transcript Form
The cost for each request is $5.00 for the first six pages copied. If you are paying by cash, check or by money order, please make checks or money orders payable to FCPS.
